Who operates this site?
This is an independent legal and tax reference tool operated by 오세윤. It is not an official service of a government agency, law firm or tax office. It does not provide legal or tax advice, document preparation, filing, litigation representation or referrals to professionals.
What calculations are available?
Separate pages cover inheritance by representation, statutory and reserved shares, inheritance tax, gift tax, child support, late-payment interest, court fees and severance pay. Read the scope explained below each calculator. This tool does not assess whether the facts entered are true, inheritance eligibility, deduction requirements, the nature of claims or the lawful treatment of wage items.
Before using a result
The content is based on official sources checked on November 7, 2026 (KST). Amounts are rounded to the nearest won, while fractions remain exact through integer arithmetic. Legislative changes, transitional provisions and individual circumstances may produce different filing, claim or division outcomes. Do not miss statutory deadlines or dispose of property solely on these results without professional review.
Advertising and charges
The calculators are currently free and advertising is not yet connected. Kakao positions are selected at the top, middle and bottom, but the identifiers are empty and no advertising script is loaded. Advertising approval or revenue is not guaranteed, and relevant notices will be reviewed before connecting ads. Ads are separate from calculation results.
Your entries
Do not enter real names, resident registration numbers or contact details. Calculations run only in your browser, and calculation entries are neither sent to a server nor stored. No separate calculation record remains after you close the page. For details, see the Privacy policy.
