Formula and scope
Non-holiday overtime: base 1× plus 0.5×. Holiday first 8 hours per day: 1× plus 0.5×; excess: 1× plus 1×. Night hours (22:00–06:00) add only 0.5× to hours already entered. Never enter holiday hours again as overtime. Base wages already included in monthly pay are shown separately.
What this calculator cannot apply
Article 56 statutory premiums generally do not apply to workplaces with fewer than five regular workers. Ordinary-wage status, flexible schedules, inclusive-pay contracts, wages for the paid holiday itself, compensatory leave and working-time limits are not determined. This is an arithmetic illustration of minimum statutory premiums.
