What this calculator cannot apply

Article 60 does not apply to workplaces with fewer than 5 regular workers. Fiscal-year based granting, more favourable collective agreement or work rules, leave-use promotion (Article 61), workers averaging under 15 hours a week over 4 weeks, and attendance deemed for leave of absence or maternity leave must be checked against company records and rules. For service under 1 year, full attendance in every month is assumed.
