Formula and scope
Leave is 90 days ordinarily, 100 for recognized premature birth, 120 for multiples. Insurance covers all days for priority-supported employers, otherwise days after the first 60 (75 for multiples). Use the higher of monthly ordinary wage and the minimum-wage equivalent for your hours, cap at KRW 2.2 million per 30 days and prorate. Employer difference for initial paid days is shown separately.
What this calculator cannot apply
Enter the minimum-wage equivalent after checking contractual and paid hours; zero skips the floor check. Does not assess 180 insured days, application deadline, premature-birth recognition, actual/partial-month leave, offset for employer payments, miscarriage/stillbirth or partner benefits. Confirm entitlement with the employment center.
